1. Our Model: Self-Hosted by Design

Log Audit Platform is self-hosted software. Your audit logs and configuration data are stored on your own infrastructure. We never receive, transmit, or process your production audit data.

2. What We Collect

To deliver and maintain your license, we store only the minimum:

• Your server machine code (a non-reversible fingerprint used to bind the license).
• Your billing email and order reference provided by our payment processor Waffo.
• Support correspondence you send to sales@toolsder.com.

3. What We Do Not Collect

• Your audit logs, user records, or any data inside your deployment.
• Any telemetry or "phone-home" data — the software runs fully offline after activation.

4. Payment Data

Payments are processed by Waffo (merchant of record). We do not store card numbers or banking details. Waffo's handling of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy.

5. How We Use Data

• Issue and validate your machine-bound license.
• Provide maintenance updates and support for the subscribed term.
• Send transactional emails (license delivery, renewal reminders).

6. Data Retention

We keep license and billing records only as long as needed for the license lifecycle and applicable tax/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by emailing sales@toolsder.com. We respond within a reasonable time.
